USPBL CONSTITUTION

THE BASICS:

USPBL founded in 1980

20 Team Strat-O-Matic League.

Continuous Ownership of Players.

No mid-season trades.

A 166 Game schedule is used playing from April-September.

Netplay is Optional during the regular season, required in the Playoffs.

Game are played using Computer Managers (CMs) created and sent each month.

Each month has from 4-5 series of 2-4 games each, depending on the month.

Rosters have 40 players. Players from any level can be drafted and kept on rosters.

The DH is used for all teams.

Usage is based on Major League use:

All players have their MLB stats X110% (so add 10% on to all players).

This applies to At Bats, Starts (for starters) Games (for starter/releivers) and Innings Pitched

for those that only pitch in relief.

Players with 600+ adjusted At Bats have unlimited use.

No limit regarding Stolen Base Attempts.

Injuries extend to the current series only.

The Money Draft is "blind bid auction" where secret bids are made for 5 players with the highest bid

getting the player.

Draft Money awarded to all teams at mid-season in an equal amount. At the end of the season, teams

receive Draft money based on the number of losses.

The Rotation Draft is a 7 round standard draft based on the reverse order of the standings.

Draft Money and Rotation Draft Picks may be traded the same as players.

Playoff participants are the 4 division winners and 2 Wild Card teams comprised of the 2 teams with

the next best W-L records.

All Playoffs are best of 7 games and must be net played.
