Fines incurred during the season are noted on the Draft Money Line. Also the explanation for fines
appears below the Money Chart.

further offense. 5K for first offense, 10K for the next, 20K for the next, and so on.
Failure to vote on a League-Issued Ballot -50K
Overuse - Some leeway allowed for overuse, 3% for At Bats and 8% for IP providing the overuse does
not extend to more than 3 players. After that allowance.....
1K per AB for the first 20 over, 2K thereafter
2K per IP for the first 5 over, 3K thereafter

The attempts to prevent or not to prevent overuse is taken into account as well as other
factors, such as the affect of the overuse to a team's opponent and the number of players that are
overused.
The commissioner maintains a detailed list of fines. Those teams being fined should know why
the fines were assessed, but may contact the league for the details.
